Bio

Formed in 2002, Quarter2 is an alternative High Energy punk rock band from north shore of auckland.

They bring all that is extreme and laidback from their everyday events into catchy, get up and go tunes that won’t easily be forgotten.
Released their first single “Beer Bellies” in the summer of 2006, which was mixed and produced by Captain Hook from 48May and the video was directed by Mark Summerville from zoomslide. Both the video and the single were self funded and have aired on C4, (C4 Select), Juice TV and Kiwi FM.
Late October 2006 they released their second single “Did we have to” which was once again mixed and produced by Captain Hook from 48may and the video was directed by independent film company.

Now in 2007, Quarter2 have released their Debut EP “Taking Arson to New Heights” which will be instores nationwide and on itunes late September 07. The EP was recorded at Number 8 Wiring Studio with Chazz from The Rabble.
Quarter2 are heading on the road for a North Island EP Release tour and have plans to tour Australia in early 2008.
